This November, despite being busy with developing new features, we still made time to attend three industry events. These conferences were a great opportunity to connect with security professionals worldwide, showcase our product, and keep in touch with the latest trends. Here’s a brief recap of how it went down.
Milipol Paris 2023
With over 1,000 exhibitors and 30,000 attendees from around the world, Milipol Paris 2023 provided an exciting stage for our partner SoftCryptum to present ANY.RUN’s interactive malware analysis sandbox.
SoftCryptum’s booth attracted numerous cybersecurity experts and other visitors. We’re grateful to our partner for their dedication and expertise in demonstrating our solution at the event.
The next Milipol Paris conference is scheduled to take place in 2025, and we are looking forward to once again being there for our existing and potential clients.
AVTOKYO 2023 and CODE BLUE 2023
Our ambassador, Lena (aka LambdaMamba on Twitter), delivered an insightful presentation titled “Plenty of Phish in the Sea: Collecting and Investigating Email and Text Message Threats” at AVTOKYO 2023, a Japanese community-oriented computer security short conference. The presentation was well-received by the audience, which included cybersecurity enthusiasts, analysts, engineers, researchers, and students.
As part of her presentation, Lena shared her insights into the latest phishing techniques and protection tactics. To further engage the audience, Lena hosted an interactive session where attendees could connect to ANY.RUN to try the product.
Lena also attended the CODE BLUE 2023 conference, another international event happening in Tokyo.
We are thankful to Lena for representing ANY.RUN at AVTOKYO 2023. Additionally, as part of our collaboration, we are soon launching a contest for the best phishing report, find more information here.
OsintomátiCOPS 2023
We were also proud to sponsor OsintomátiCOPS 2023, a Spanish conference for members of the FFCCS (State Security Forces and Corps) and military corps. The conference, which was held on November 23-24 in Madrid, Spain, focused on the latest technologies, strategies, and international cooperation that are transforming the fight against cybercrime, organized crime, and terrorism.
We would like to thank the organizers for their hard work and dedication in putting together such a successful event. ANY.RUN looks forward to continuing to support the Spanish security community in the fight against cybercrime.
Conclusion
We’re excited to continue attending industry events in the coming months and hope to see you there! Follow us on Twitter for the latest updates on our event schedule and service releases.
